I wanted to take a quick moment here to recognize the fine efforts of Mr. Ignatius Xavier at Erin Mills Mazda. On Thursday, September 27th, I was introduced to Mr. Xavier as the Service Advisor handling the vehicle certification for the used car I purchased through Mr. Ahsan Dean. I was immediately impressed by Xaviers enthusiasm and friendliness. He went out of his way to let me know that he would be taking care of me.
On Friday, September 28th, I received several phone calls from Xavier advising me of the status of my vehicle. At that time Iggy also mentioned that Ahsan was off that day. He informed me that this would not be an issue as he was going to personally look after all of my requests
most of which were Sales related and not on the Service Side.
Xavier proceeded to handle all of the following for me in short order:
1) Vehicle Certification
2) Clean Air Certification
3) Licence Plate Illuminator Repair (Light Bulb)
4) Insurance Coordination
5) Vehicle registration and plating in coordination with Erin Mills Licensing Department.
6) Car Wash
7) Vehicle Detailing
I am writing to say thank you to your dealership and to both Ahsan Dean and Ignatius Xavier; in particular, Ignatius, who has been very pro-active with all aspects of this car purchase. I personally think Xavier would make an excellent sales person given his attention to making customers very happy.

I would like to single out Adriana and the New Car Manager Shon Curren, who were very helpful and supportive with my many requests. Shon in particular gave me his assurance that I could call him at any time if I encountered any problems with my vehicle and he would try to resolve my problem. I must admit at this time that he is a man of his word, and this is very commendable and endearing.
